We were looking to upgrade our RV, searching all across the country and stumbled upon Chesaco RV. Coincidentally the RV we were trading in was originally purchased from Chesaco. The customer service was outstanding. The following gentlemen made our transition to our new motorhome seamless; Jason, Ken, Rick, Ricky, Tom, Ed. My wife and I had a casual interest in purchasing a Motor Home at some time in the future, and made several inquiries about camping and the purchase of an RV. I went on the Chesaco RV website and found a Motor Home listing at the Gambrills location that piqued my interest. From the minute we walked into the showroom, the staff was very welcoming, and there was no pressure to make a sale. We met Kenny Main who spent a lot of time with us, getting to know us and our possible RV requirements. He took the time to show us several Motor Homes that were available identifying the features and benefits of each model. We then met Tom Alexander who showed a sincere interest in meeting us and talking about our interests, even though we indicated that we would not be purchasing something until a later date. After we left the showroom, my wife and talked and were so impressed with one model that we decided to purchase it now while it was still available. We contacted Kenny on his personal phone after hours to begin the purchase process. Kenny immediately had Tom contact us and a deposit was secured. Tom and Kenny arranged our final signing to meet our schedule. On the day of taking ownership, we met with Ricky who took three hours getting to know us and thoroughly explaining every system of the Motor Home and offering safety tips and information not typically available. As first time RV owners, Ricky's knowledge and patient explanations were very welcome. Our experience with Chesaco RV in Gambrills was very positive, and enjoyable. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Over a month ago we made the decision to trade in our 42' Motorhome for a small Class C. We visited several dealers in person and virtually, mainly looking at used vehicles. In addition to little inventory, we found the prices to be more than expected and decided to find a newer coach. It was our good fortune we happened upon the Chesaco website and found the perfect new RV. Kenny Main was our salesman. We cannot say enough about how wonderful he was in assisting us to get our coach to the Gambrills' dealership and his unlimited patience with our numerous phone calls. Ed Milani and Tom Alexander also deserve our thanks for making our purchase and the paperwork go smoothly. And finally to the knowledgeable Ricky who did our walk through and answered all of our questions. These people truly care about their customers and do everything within their power to make the experience pleasant.

Thank you for a sincere welcome! I must say that I originally went to Beckley’s yesterday because they are having a Red, White and Blue tag sale for the 4th of July. As we got there, we found that they were closed. We called Chesaco to see if you all were open. We immediately came to Chesaco and met the nicest sales person ever. I must say that Josh Crane was fantastic. He not only was knowledgeable but also a caring individual. My 3 year old granddaughter wandered away while Josh was showing us around and he was so concerned that he took off to help us look for her! That Sir is the one primary reasons I purchased my camper from you all. Josh Crane sold me not only on the camper but the quality of personal service to a potential customer! You all have a Great Guy/Salesman working for you! I look forward to continued personal care and help. I really appreciate the customer care that you all have provided me! I am excited to be able to pick up my camper this afternoon!

Good morning Michael, I wanted to send a personal email to you as the General Manager in regards to a couple of your staff members. I had my camper down for service yesterday. I was greeted by Tracy in an utmost professional manner. Then Zack walked by and started to help Tracy as it was relayed she was still new to her position and learning. They went and talked to Scott (The service Manager) about the issues we had. Scott went out immediately and started looking things over. Scott had everything resolved in less than 20 minutes. Turns out one issue was a Ford issue and didn’t have anything to do with the camper at all. In regards to my swaying issue, Scott said we didn’t have our sway bars hooked up correctly, he educated me about a better way to put them on. Driving my camper home last night was perfectly fine, no issues at all. The tech we spoke with on the phone (David, who doesn’t work there any longer) had told me that we needed a new sway bar system and it was going to cost $1200 for the equipment and to install. So we were prepared to pay quite a bit of money yesterday, just to learn other wise. We needed a new door latch on the door to hold the screen door. Scott went a got a spare part and installed that for me. He then asked if there was any other concerns or questions regarding the camper. He was willing to educate us on, or address even the slightest concerns. Zack was out with him and also went over a couple of things with us. Scott said we were good to go and to call back if any concerns or questions arise. I wanted to send this email to personally thank them and let you know about the type of customer service they provided to me. It made me feel pretty good about coming down there. These 3 employees went above and beyond to help us out. Zack help me turn around in the parking lot and then wished us safe travels as we left. I will also post a review online praising the job well done. I know that most of the time you only hear about negative things, a happy person will tell 8 people about their experience, an unhappy customer will tell 80 people. Well this isn’t the case for us.

I try to be as quick to praise as I am to be critical so please pass along my thanks through the “higher ups”. Yesterday as we were leaving on a 2 1/2 month trip to Canada, we broke down on I-97 near BWI. Knowing that repair facilities would not be open in Sunday, I checked to see if Chesaco Gambrills was open. Mike the manager in duty and Colleen at reception were very helpful in assisting me, Roadside Assistance, and the tow company to get the Allegro into the secure area for the night and plugged into power to keep the packed RV and its refrigerator running overnight. Today Kevin and Dominic were on top of the situation when I called at opening time. With their help we arranged with Ford to tow today to Al Packer Ford near you on Pulaski Hwy. It arrived about 1/2 hour ago. Hopefully we will be back on the road tomorrow. Thanks to the Chesaco team.

My husband and I are looking to upgrade our Mini Winnebago in the distant future, we talked with Jason Bowen about our thoughts, he was well versed on the inventory and differences in the variety of RVs. My husband and I just purchased a used 5th wheel from the Shoemakersville location. Well let me tell you about our experience. We mostly dealt with Brooke and Noah (manager), and we truly have nothing but good things to say about them. They did their best to work with us on everything. Steve the technician was also awesome to deal with. As long as they are still around locally to us, they will be the 1st ones we go to when we are looking for another one.
