    Each RV rental includes driving privileges for 2 people who must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. 

    The customer name on the contract must match the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. 

    The customer name on the contract must be present at the time of pick-up to sign the rental contract. 

    Pets and Smoking are not permitted in the rental units at any time or a $150.00 fee will be charged. 

    There is a 3-day standard minimum and 4-day July and August minimum. 

    100 miles per day are included in the rental. 

    Generator use may be prepaid at $30.00 per day and is nonrefundable or costs $3.00 per hour upon your return. 

    There is a $75.00 preparation fee, which includes holding tank chemicals, biodegradable tissue paper and a comprehensive motorhome orientation on the day of pick-up.


    Type of Vehicle 

    The reservation confirms a recreational vehicle. We reserve the right to fill reservations with various floor plans within the reserved vehicle type and may substitute reservations with an upgraded vehicle. 


    Reservation Deposit 

    A nonrefundable reservation deposit of $500.00 is required to secure the rental. This amount applies towards the rental charge. 



    Rentals must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to departure date. 

    Reservations made less than 30 days in advance must be paid in full. 

    We accept all major credit cards, Travelers Checks, Money Orders, Check Cards, Cash and/or Checks. 

    Personal Checks will not be accepted within 14 days prior to departure.


    Insurance Information 

    Full Coverage insurance is available for each rental RV in our fleet. You have the option of purchasing one of several deductible options or provide your own insurance coverage. 

    Proof of automobile insurance must be presented no later than 30 days prior to your departure date. We will verify your coverage at that time and again prior to your departure. 

    In the event of an accident or any damage, you are responsible for the $2500.00 deductible per incident, which may be deducted from your security deposit.


    Security Deposit 

    Verification of $2500.00 on major credit card is required on day of pick up for security deposit and/or insurance deductible. Cash or Certified Funds also accepted.


    Cleaning Fee 

    There is a $100.00 cleaning fee. This fee is for interior sanitation and exterior wash upon return. In the event of excessive wear and tear or soiling, there will be up to a $300.00 but not exceeding charge deducted from the security deposit.   



    In the event of a cancellation 30 plus days prior to the reservation, we will refund any money collected, less the reservation deposit. The reservation deposit may be applied to a future reservation, which must be used within a 12-month period from the day of cancellation. Otherwise, the monies will be forfeited. Availability is not guaranteed. 

    In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled rental, no refunds will be issued, but the monies may be applied to a future rental to be completed within a 12-month period from the date of cancellation. Otherwise, the monies will be forfeited. Availability is not guaranteed.

    Cancellation must be made in writing and forwarded to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm we have received your cancellation notification.



    Pick-Up Times

    Rentals may be scheduled for pick-up between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm.

    Please allow 1-2 hours at times of pickup for rental contract processing and the vehicle Orientation.

    Return Guidelines

    Rentals must be returned at the agreed upon time stated on the contract and are determined based on 24 hour intervals. A 2-hour grace period will be given before an additional day will be charged. There are no refunds on early returns. 

    The motorhome must be returned in the same interior and exterior condition as when picked up. 

    All holding tanks must be emptied or a dumping fee of $150.00 will be charged. 

    The gasoline tank must be returned at the same level, which it departed or a $6.00 per gallon charge will be charged. 

    Propane tanks are full upon pick up and must be returned full or a service fee of $50.00 will be charged. 

    No Returns on Sunday's. 


    Maintenance and Roadside Assistance 

    In the unlikely event of mechanical difficulties with your rental vehicle, we want to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Our current model vehicles are covered under manufacturer’s warranty, so repairs are as simple as taking the unit to a Ford dealer for chassis problems or to a Forest River dealer for coach repairs, depending on the unit. If breakdowns occur and repairs are needed, any repair up to $50.00 may be done. Any repairs $50.00 or over must have prior authorization from Chesaco Rentals, Inc. Please save and submit all receipts for repairs. Refunds will not be made without a receipt. 

    It is important that you check the engine fluids every time you stop to refuel. If the vehicle needs any fluids, please add the proper amount. You will be reimbursed when you present us with the receipt upon your return. Driving with low fluid levels can cause engine damage for which you are totally responsible. It is important that you watch all gauges, driving the vehicle while it is overheated will cause engine damage. It is also vital that you check the generator oil level every 6-8 hours of operation. If the generator or the engine needs oil, you may use 30 wt. or 10W30 oil, available at any service station. 

    Mechanical problems should be corrected immediately by calling our office during business hours.


    TV’s in Class A motorhomes may not be used while vehicle is in motion. TV’s must be secure in their original location. 

    Motorhomes containing portable televisions must be stored in the closet on the floor during travel to prevent injury. 

    Customers are not permitted to walk or stand on roof. 

    Upon return, if the windshield to the motorhome is damaged (i.e. cracked, starred or chipped) the customer will be charged for a new, replacement windshield.

    Rental Discounts 

    We offer a 10% discount (off posted retail rental rates) on the days of rentals exceeding 14 days and also repeat customers.  This may not be combined with any special pricing or promotion.
